• How long will it take to process my order?
  •  Although we work swiftly to get you your order as quickly as possible, order processing can take from 3-5 days. Once shipped, we will send you an email with tracking, so you’ll know when your order is close by.

• Where can I find more resources for my new WonderFold?
  • We’ve got you covered. Check out and subscribe to our Official YouTube channel where we have plenty of “how to” videos and fun reels that highlight the features of your WonderFold Wagon.

• How can I check the status of my package in transit?
  • Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with tracking information, so you’ll know when your wheels are close by. Upon receiving that, kindly allow 24-48 for the courier to scan that package to show movement. 

• An item I’m looking for is out of stock, when will it be replenished?
  • When something sells out, we will  do our best to replenish that as quickly as possible. You can always click on “Notify Me When Available” so we can send you a reminder when it is available for purchase again.

• Do you ever have sales?
  • We do indeed. Don’t forget to sign up for our Newsletter on our website to make sure you don’t miss out on any sales, promotions and new products coming soon!

• Can I gate check my stroller wagon at the airport?
  • You can typically when traveling, however airline policies vary. Please check with your specific airline to ensure they will allow you to gate check. **Please note, we are not responsible for any fees you may incur.

• Can my newborn ride in this?
  • Yes. We recommend usage for ages 6 months +

• Where are you located?
  • Our office is located in Irwindale, California.

• What material is used for the padding and cushions in your products?
  • Our materials and padding are made from Polyester and PE foam.

• Do you use flame retardant chemicals?
  •  All of our products have passed CAL 117 fire-retardant standard.

• Does my WonderFold work on sand?
  •  Because sand is not a smooth or flat surface, its uneven texture can present issues with the performance of the wagon when trying to push it. Like with any wagon that is holding a substantial amount of weight, navigating through sand would be a bit difficult but still very much possible.
